Single Sign On for CloudCall Chrome Extension
Latest SSO Release
Tomorrow we will be releasing another update to our Single Sign-On functionality allowing CloudCall users to utilise Microsoft Azure and Google for logging into the CloudCall Chrome Extension.
You can of course continue to log on using your existing account ID and password as you have always done, but users that have Azure AD or Google accounts can also choose to authenticate using this method.
Remember SSO brings some serious advantages for you and your teams
- Less time wasted in password management…so more time to focus on the important tasks and hitting your goals.
- Simplify Account Management by using a single identity provider and single set of credentials it makes managing multiple business accounts easier for the user.
- Save time and money with fewer password resets required, saving IT support time and when users do need to reset their passwords this is more straightforward to do.
- Increase security, with a single set of user credentials from a widely trusted identity provider it's easier to comply with ISO 27001, HIPAA and other regulations.
CloudCall's new reporting suite is ready 🚀

CloudCall, has been working on an update to our reporting capabilities and are pleased to announce that following an extensive testing and Beta program, the New Reporting suite is now generally available for all CloudCall customers.
Improvements vs. the legacy suite?
✅ More accurate data, as we have completely rewritten how we process the call information.
✅ More filter/breakdown options such as internal/external calls or inbound/outbound.
✅ More intuitive UI, as we have made it easier to understand the data shown and simpler to navigate.
✅ More customization options (currently only in the Agent Call Summary) letting you choose which columns to show/hide and how they are sorted. The desired configuration can be saved to your machine by clicking on ‘Save Config’ or reproduced on a colleague’s machine by sharing the URL - This means you should be able to generate your staff statistics report the way you want, in just one click - You can also use this report in Dashboard mode and put it on a big screen!
So, what are you waiting for? Check it out!
Get the most out of the Reporting suite by reading the built-in information and FAQ pages.
What’s next?
- More customization options
- Your idea(s)/request(s): Tell us what you want via the idea form in the app
We hope you enjoy using these new capabilities and look forward to sharing future updates!
The new Block Incoming Calls interface is now available in the CloudCall Portal.

Block Nuisance Calls
This new customer facing page will allow CloudCall Administrators to easily view, add and delete numbers from the blocked calls list.
How does it work?
Any inbound calls coming in from a number on the blocked list will automatically be rejected. The call will not connect to an agent, calling group, IVR or inbound campaign, and the caller will hear a standard message from their provider advising that it has not been possible to connect the call.
Why have we added this feature?
The ability to restrict who is calling in to your business is a vital one when it comes to removing distractions and noise from high activity departments. Stopping persistent nuisance calls can not only help your agents increase productivity but can also improve caller experience with reduced wait times and more efficient call handling.
CloudCall have been providing this service for some time now, however the set up and maintenance was held in a part of platform which was not directly accessible to customers. This made adding or deleting blocked numbers a real pain. By exposing this new, fully self service interface to CloudCall Admins we are able to provide a much more efficient way to stop nuisance calls and configure the system to your exact needs.
Where can I access it?
Admins can access this via the Call Setting page in the Profile section of the sidebar.
Profile > Call Settings > Block Incoming Calls

Single Sign On has arrived in the CloudCall Portal

Tomorrow we will be releasing an update to the CloudCall Portal which will allow you to use Microsoft Azure and Google single sign-on (SSO) for logging in. The aim is simple...make your lives easier, and hopefully by reducing the time you spend signing on and dealing with passwords we can do just that.
You can continue to log on using your existing account ID and password as you have always done. However, users that have Azure AD or Google accounts can also choose to authenticate using this method. This is known as Single Sign-On (SSO) because you only have a single logon to worry about.
SSO brings some serious advantages
Less time wasted in password management - so more time to focus on the important tasks and hitting your goals.
Simplify account management - by using a single identity provider and single set of credentials it makes managing multiple business accounts easier for the user.
Save time & money - fewer password resets required, saving IT support time and when users do need to reset their passwords this is more straightforward to do.
Increase security - with a single set of user credentials from a widely trusted identity provider it's easier to comply with ISO 27001, HIPAA and other regulations.
Going forward
Our plan is to support support Single Sign On (SSO) across the entire CloudCall product suite. What this means is that when you as a user need to use any part of the CloudCall product (for instance the chrome extension, the admin portal, the new reporting suite or mobile app), you'll see a new logon screen and be able to login with a single click..
Look out for news of the next SSO release in the very near future.
