New Feature Coming Soon

Single Sign On has arrived in the CloudCall Portal

Tomorrow we will be releasing an update to the CloudCall Portal which will allow you to use Microsoft Azure and Google single sign-on (SSO) for logging in. The aim is simple...make your lives easier, and hopefully by reducing the time you spend signing on and dealing with passwords we can do just that.

You can continue to log on using your existing account ID and password as you have always done. However, users that have Azure AD or Google accounts can also choose to authenticate using this method. This is known as Single Sign-On (SSO) because you only have a single logon to worry about.

SSO brings some serious advantages

Less time wasted in password management - so more time to focus on the important tasks and hitting your goals.

Simplify account management - by using a single identity provider and single set of credentials it makes managing multiple business accounts easier for the user.

Save time & money - fewer password resets required, saving IT support time and when users do need to reset their passwords this is more straightforward to do.

Increase security - with a single set of user credentials from a widely trusted identity provider it's easier to comply with ISO 27001, HIPAA and other regulations.

Going forward

Our plan is to support support Single Sign On (SSO) across the entire CloudCall product suite. What this means is that when you as a user need to use any part of the CloudCall product (for instance the chrome extension, the admin portal, the new reporting suite or mobile app), you'll see a new logon screen and be able to login with a single click..

Look out for news of the next SSO release in the very near future.
